Historical visit: Cahors

We take advantage of the parents' visit to visit our own region.

Last week we went to Cahors: visit of the Valentré bridge above the Lot with its fortifications and its little devil who, according to legend, came to tear off the last stone that the masons had put in place the day before.

The historic centre of Cahors, on the pilgrimage to Compostella, is magnificent with its narrow streets, its terraced restaurants and of course the Saint-Etienne Cathedral and its cloister.

Worth the trip, only thirty minutes from L’Annicha.
