Nature gives us wonderful ingredients, which often require very little processing to be delicious.

Our Easter plate was a savoury boneless shoulder of lamb with a hodgepodge of oven baked vegetables.

Take a look at this delicious juicy meat and al dente vegetables, served with an exquisite local wine.

Just delicious
