When Tracy sets about concocting a delicious Laksa: fine noodles, chicken, shrimps, two kinds of tofu, fish balls, bean sprouts, boiled in a rich and spicy coconut-based sauce, finished with cilantro, spring onions and a drop of chili sauce. What a delight! Enough to forget the nostalgia for Singapore for a while.
We prepare the table d'hôtes (home cooked meals) 3-4 times a week, upon reservation only!
